- 1 egg scrambled with 1 egg white
- 0.5 medium sized tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- 0.25 bell pepper green or red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 slices extra lean turkey bacon
- 1 slice 2% American cheese(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a small sauté pan to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add tomato, onion, and bell pepper and sauté.
Step 2
Set the sautéed vegetables aside.
Step 3
Cook the turkey bacon in the microwave oven.
Step 4
Set the cooked bacon aside.
Step 5
Wipe out the sauté pan with a paper towel and reheat to medium heat.

Spray the pan with cooking spray.

Add the egg scrambled with egg white and swirl to evenly spread it on the bottom of the pan.

Cover and cook the egg mixture on medium heat.

Add cheese (if using), cooked vegetables, and bacon to the omelet.

Close the omelet.
