- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, loosely packed
- 1/3 cup (about 3 ounces) ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Defrost spinach and <a href="/KVDHNZ86">squeeze </a>out excess water. <a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>olive oil in a large <a href="/MYJ2HRB7">skillet </a>over medium-high <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat.</a> Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and spinach; sauté 3 minutes or until the spinach is <a href="/FVYNJCCW">warmed </a>through.
