- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash lemon herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table seasoning
- 2 slices Vidalia onion (thick slices)
- 1 can mackerel, skinless and boneless, water-packed

Use whatever liquid is in the can, and, if necessary, add a bit of water.

Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until it has the consistency of a pate.
