  • 3 cup evaporated skim milk, well chilled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons granulated fructose
  • 6 ounces unsweetened sugar-free lemonade concentrate

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat well.

Freeze the mixture using one of two methods: either in an ice cream maker or by dividing it into 2 freezer trays and freezing until mushy.

If using the freezer tray method, once the mixture is mushy, pour it into a large bowl and beat well again.

Repack the mixture into a container and freeze until firm.
