  • 1 pound Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 cubes Instant bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • Jalapeno Pepper Seeded, Chopped(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice concentrate

In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine 3 tablespoons of water and all ingredients except the chicken to create the marinade.

4 hours or overnight

Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator.

Prepare an outdoor grill or preheat the broiler.

Remove the chicken from the marinade. Pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Grill or broil the chicken, turning occasionally and basting frequently with the boiled marinade.
