- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce

Mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sherry. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with minced garlic and ginger. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
