  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce

Mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sherry. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with minced garlic and ginger. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

20 minutes

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Sprinkle the chicken with sliced almonds. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
