  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sesame seeds
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 20 pieces Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Instructions

Melt the Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets, crunchy peanut butter, and olive oil together.

Stir in the raw sunflower seeds, unsweetened flaked coconut, brown sesame seeds, and finely chopped walnuts.

Press the mixture evenly into an 8x8 inch pan.

Coat the top with a layer of cooking spray and chill until firm.
