  • 2 Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana

Place ice cubes into blender and crush ice.
