- 1 unit egg
- 3 pounds pork shoulder
- cup minced onion
- 4 teaspoons sage
- teaspoon savory
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- teaspoon chervil
- teaspoon marjoram
- 1 dash allspice
- 6 teaspoons water

Chill pork for about 20 minutes to make grinding easier.

Combine all ingredients except for the water and egg. Sprinkle this mix over the pork.
