  • little amount water(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 pounds ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 3 tablespoons good scotch (J&B)
  • 1 tablespoon 5 spice powder

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then feed the mixture through a meat grinder into sausage casings using a sausage tube.

Bake the prepared sausages as you would other types of sausages.

Alternatively, dry the sausages by hanging them, a method commonly used in Chinese cuisine, or use a dehydrator for drying.
