If you don't have a pressure cooker, this could be done by placing meat in a slow cooker and cooking covered on LOW for 6 to 8 hours instead of in a pressure cooker. Use just a little water or cream. Check from time to time.

Step 1
<a href="/technique/7S3QCKWK/mix">Mix</a> Worcestershire sauce and mustard to form paste. Apply to venison, <a href="/technique/DPSVTKVY/salt">salt</a> and pepper. Let <a href="/technique/NM2HN7TN/soak">soak</a> for 30 minutes, continue to <a href="/technique/B52FHCF2/turn">turn</a> in paste. Flour meat well, let stand 10 minutes and flour again. <a href="/technique/NZ2LK8CC/fry">Fry</a> meat in oil (350 degrees)
Step 2
Until both sides are <a href="/technique/D434P8MH/brown">brown.</a> Prepare Pressure Cooker, add water to <a href="/technique/R34ZSY3M/top">top</a> of bottom pan. Layer venison and onions in pressure cooker. Set pressure at 15 pounds, cook 15 minutes.
