- 1 cup frozen mulberries
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon raw honey(optional)
- granola(optional)
- fresh mulberries(optional)
- fresh mint leaves(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
If you use fresh mulberries,place them in plastic bag or container and freeze them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2
You will need high-speed blender for this recipe.
Step 3
Measure 1 cup of the frozen mulberries and put them in the blender cup.
Step 4
Add the 1 cup of Greek yogurt or other yogurt of your choice to the blender also.
Step 5
First,add 2 tablespoons of milk and blend everything well.Until the consistency is thick and creamy.If the consistency is too thick,add an additional 2 tablespoons of milk.
Step 6
After that,add your sweetener to the blender and blend again to combine.
Step 7
Pour in to large glass or small bowls,top with granola,fresh mulberries and leaves of fresh mint and serve.
