Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 handful organic baby spinach or mixed super greens
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk beverage
  • 10 blueberries
  • 10 blackberries
  • 1 tablespoons nuts (such as raw pistachios, almonds, cashews, walnuts or a combination)
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons hemp hearts

Instructions

Step 1

Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process on high-speed until thoroughly blended.

Step 2

Pour into a bowl and top with berries, nuts, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Note: make a pretty presentation by arranging toppings around the outer edge of the bowl or down the center.
