- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1/2 handful organic baby spinach or mixed super greens
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk beverage
- 10 blueberries
- 10 blackberries
- 1 tablespoons nuts (such as raw pistachios, almonds, cashews, walnuts or a combination)
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons hemp hearts

Step 1
Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process on high-speed until thoroughly blended.

Pour into a bowl and top with berries, nuts, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Note: make a pretty presentation by arranging toppings around the outer edge of the bowl or down the center.
