  • 15 frozen strawberry
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 100 grams unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (your preference, even honey)(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

Step 1

Add all the ingredients except the chia seeds to the blender and blend in high speed.

Step 2

When the smoothie is ready add the chia seed and stir with a spoon.
