Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

8 ounces Nonfat Yogurt NO nutrasweet
1 pkt Jello sugar-based
1 ounce Cherry Preserves to 2 oz - *
1 Pie Crust (9 Inch) fat warning

Preparation

(* Is the fruit flavor of your choice, I've used cherry, strawberry, etc.

Boil 1 cup water, dissolve jello, add preserves, yogurt, & mix.

Put in pie crust. The plastic pie crust top can be inverted & placed on top of the pie to keep it from splashing around.

Chill in refrigerator. Should be eaten in 12-48 hours.

Double this with the extra large pie crust. Then you'll have 1 cup of filling left over.
