Technique: Tsubo-Nuki

About

This technique brings the fish innards through the fish mouth.
Best used for smaller and the freshest fish, leaving the body intact.
Insert 1 chopstick (throw-away pine) through the mouth and beyond the gill.
Insert the second chopstick, grasp both twist 2-3 times, catching the innards around them.
Pull, extracting the innards with the gills.
