I used to live in Upstate NY, where they knew how to make a chicken wing. There was a place called Wing Street, that sold them by the dozen (or a bucket of 60-yum), in a questionable part of the city. It was worth the trip to eat these amazing-crispy-hot-spicy-tender wings. Try them once, and be forever addicted. I am not even sure if that place exsists anymore, but I shudder when I see the name Wing Street, on the side of a Pizza Hut shop.
This video find is a recipe for Garlic Ginger Wings. They are baked in an oven, and then coated with the glaze. They look so good, I am thinking of swapping out wings instead of our mandatory pizza this weekend. Check it out!
