The name Chenin Blanc refers to a very versatile type of white wine grape and a type of French wine made from these grapes. Wines made from these grapes tend to be fragrant and range from sweet to dry, sparkling or still.

The best varieties of Chenin Blanc grapes are primarily grown in the Loire Valley of France, but have also been produced in South Africa and California.
