Lotus leaves are sold dried and can be found at Asian markets, if there aren't any in your area, you can buy them online here: http://grocerythai.com/dried-lotus-leaves-p-464.html
If you can't wait that long, try substituting parchment paper or even aluminum foil as a wrapper.
