- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 18 vanilla wafers vanilla wafers
- fruit(optional)
- preserves(optional)
- nuts(optional)
- chocolate(optional)

Line muffin tin with foil liners.

Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner.

In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well blended.

Add eggs to the mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the wafers, filling each liner full.

Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

Remove cheesecakes from the pan when cool.
