Ingredients
- 250 grams green seedless grapes, cleaned & cut up
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1.5 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 200 grams blanched sliced almonds
Instructions
Step 1
Place the cut up seedless grapes in a medium large bowl.
Step 2
Add the vodka, dark brown sugar, and cream. Mix well with a spoon until the grapes are covered with the mixture. Cover with clingfilm and place into the fridge.
Step 3
Minutes before serving, remove the bowl from the fridge (to prevent the dessert from being too cold).
Step 4
In a non-stick pan, place the slivered almonds in a single layer. Dry roast them until brown and golden, about 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat, shaking the pan often to prevent burning. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Step 5
Divide the grape mixture into two fancy dessert glasses. Spoon the marinade evenly over both glasses. Scatter the roasted slivered almonds over the tops and serve.
