Autumn Beer Bread

This bread is remarkably easy to make- no waiting for the dough to rise or praying that your yeast works. Substitute walnuts for the pecans of dried cranberries for the raisins if you like.

  • 3 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 12 ounce pumpkin beer

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour the dough into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

60 minutes

Place the loaf in a cold oven and set the temperature to 375 degrees F. Bake for 60 minutes.
