Autumn Beer Bread

BeginnerThis bread is remarkably easy to make- no waiting for the dough to rise or praying that your yeast works. Substitute walnuts for the pecans of dried cranberries for the raisins if you like.

- 3 cup flour
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 12 ounce pumpkin beer
Instructions

Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour the dough into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

60 minutes
Place the loaf in a cold oven and set the temperature to 375 degrees F. Bake for 60 minutes.
