Ingredients
5 cups
sugar
5 cups
rhubarb
heaping
1 can crushed
pineapple
medium size
1 pkt
gelatin
, large (strawberry, cranber or wild
raspberry
Preparation
1
Cook the sugar, rhubarb and
crushed
pineapple together for 20 minutes until the mixture comes to a
boil.
Remove from
heat
and add the gelatin.
Mix
well, fill in jars and
seal
with paraffin.
