- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 50 grams butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1/2 leek, thinly sliced
- 50 grams diced ham
- 50 grams brie, chopped
- olive oil

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a muffin tin with oil.

Fry the thinly sliced leek in a pan with olive oil until browned and softened.

In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, salt, sugar, grated parmesan, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and milk.

Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry flour mixture and stir until just combined. Then, add the fried leek, chopped brie, diced ham, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, stirring gently.
