Chorizo, Bacon, Mushroom and Pea Pasta
75 grams of pasta per person
A little fingers length of Chorizo per person, diced
3 rashers of streaky bacon per person, diced
2 button mushrooms per person, sliced
Handful of frozen peas and you guessed it... per person
Put the pasta in a pan and then boil the kettle
Once the bacon looks like it is about to get crispy add the mushrooms and the garlic. Keep turning at this point to make sure the bacon doesn't burn.
