Grilled Cajun Shrimp

This is always a favorite at bar-b-ques. Try adding a little lime, squeeze a little to dip the shrimp in.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces tequila
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp

Preparation

Take tequila pour into ziplock or storage container.

Rinse shrimp ..pat dry....season very liberally with cajun seasoning.

Place shrimp into tequila and marinate overnight

Remove from container.

Place shrimp on skewers

If using propane grill...cook on low flame.

The shrimp cook very fast.
