  • 1 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 box fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding (about 1.4oz)
  • 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 2/3 cups no-stir natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups crushed banana chips
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine flours, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.

Add the eggs, honey, and vanilla to the creamed mixture. Beat again.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Be careful not to overmix.

Stir in the crushed banana chips and chocolate chips.

Drop the cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

Cool on the pan for 3-4 minutes.

Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
