Pancetta Wrapped Dates
10 pieces of thinly sliced Pancetta
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill weed
1/2 cup Mascarpone
De-seed the date by slicing open the date from top to bottom (being the top the stem side). Chop dill weed mix with mascarpone. Fill the date with this mixture using a mini piping bag and tip. Wrap the thinly sliced pancetta around the filled date.
Now you have two ways of cooking.
Drop into deep frier untill the pancetta is crisp about 3-5 minutes.
Bake in oven at 350 untill the pancetta is crisp about 8-10 minutes.
