Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

1 8-ounce package of noodles (we like No Yolks broad noodles)
1 can Tuna, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup mayonaisse
1 cup peas, thawed if frozen
2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup fine breadcrumbs, optional

Preparation

Preheat ove to 350 F.

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until done. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, add tuna, soup, onion, milk, and mayo. Mix well and cook on medium-high heat until warm. Add noodles, peas, 1 cup of the cheese, and mix.

Pour into a casserole, top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until top is golden.
