- 1 head Broccoli
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 large Green pepper
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup black Quinoa
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (San-J Gluten Free)
- Soy Sauce(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Add quinoa and cook. When cooking is approximately halfway done, add soy sauce. Once completely cooked, set the quinoa aside.
Step 2
Dice the onion and place it in a medium wok with a small amount of soy sauce to cook.
Step 3
Cut peppers and broccoli to your desired size and add them to the wok.
Step 4
Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces. Season the chicken evenly with ginger powder, then add to the wok.
Step 5
Cook the ingredients in the wok, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked. Add additional soy sauce as desired while cooking.
Step 6
Once the ingredients are cooked, mix the prepared quinoa into the wok and stir thoroughly to combine.
Step 7
Serve the stir fry and add any additional seasonings as desired.
