- 1 kilogram Boneless lamb
- 1 cup Oil
- 3 Onion chopped
- 2 inch Ginger crushed
- 6 clove Garlic crushed
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves(optional)
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- Salt(optional)
- 2 teaspoon Red Chillies powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Haldi powder
- 1 teaspoon Mustard (Black) powder
- 1 teaspoon Methidana powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Instructions
Step 1
Add all spices to the vinegar and a make a paste.
Step 2
Apply this mixture to the meat and keep aside for <a href="/Z7DWVT8G">marination </a>for 2 hour.

Now <a href="/NZ2LK8CC">fry </a>onion in oil till golden <a href="/D434P8MH">brown.</a>

Add ginger , garlic and<a href="/NZ2LK8CC"> fry</a> for a while, then add<a href="/Z7DWVT8G"> Marinated</a> meat and cook on low<a href="/XZFHRHHF"> heat</a> till meat is<a href="/3L3754DG"> tender</a>.

Add little water if desired. When meat becomes <a href="/3L3754DG">tender </a>evaporate excess water on high <a href="/3J4YNDT6">flame </a>till oil<a href="/WRFN6T6X"> separates</a> out. Sprinkle Fresh Coriander leaves and Green Chillies and<a href="/GFSF4J5F"> simmer</a> for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Delicious Vindaloo is ready.
