- 2.5 cup rhubarb, chopped
- 2 eggs eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoons melted butter
- extra sugar(optional)
- 1 pie shell pie shell
Instructions

Step 1
Beat egg yolks, 1 cup of sugar, flour, melted butter, and chopped rhubarb together.

Continue beating this mixture until it is thick, then add it to the pie shell.

until it is done
Bake the pie at 375F until it is done.

Beat egg whites and extra sugar to taste.

until lightly browned
Place this beaten egg white mixture on top of the pie and bake until lightly browned.
