- 12.0 Eggs, beaten
- 1.0 pint Nonfat cottage cheese
- 2.0 cans salmon
- Non-stick vegetable coating

Drain and flake salmon.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable coating.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon with the remaining ingredients, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
