  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1.0 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 10.0 ounces Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2.0 cups Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 12.0 Eggs, beaten
  • 1.0 pint Nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2.0 cans salmon
  • Non-stick vegetable coating

Drain and flake salmon.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable coating.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon with the remaining ingredients, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.

30 minutes

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until the frittata is set.
