2 pounds
Zucchini
Flour
Oil
or fat for
frying
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
1
Wash
and
slice
zucchini. Dip each
slice
in flour and
fry
in deep fat or oil till
brown
and
crisp.
About 2 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper and
season
with
salt
and black pepper.
