- 1 sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce can)
- 2 large eggs

- 1 unbaked pie crust (9 inch)

In a medium bowl, whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt until smooth. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean. Let the pie cool completely.
