  • 1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 heads fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 cup red onions, chopped
  • 1/2 pounds bacon
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and crumble.
