Healthy Mexican Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1 cup low fat shredded Mexican cheese

Preheat oven to 350

Place chicken in glass dish

Pour entire jar of salsa on top covering the chicken

Sprinkle cheese on each piece of chicken

Bake 30 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle

Serve over brown rice
