- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- cup matzah meal
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt(optional)
- cup lukewarm water
- 2 cups grated potato

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except matzah meal. Add matzah meal gradually.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Form into 1-inch balls with wet hands and place on a plate coated with remaining matzah meal.

30-40 minutes
Bring soup stock to a boil, and drop formed matzah balls into stock. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, scoop out 2 to 3 matzah balls and ladle stock over them in a bowl.
