Basic Savory Crepe Batter

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
to taste: herbs and spices (optional)

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and whisk.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients gradually, stirring constantly.

Let batter stand for 20 minutes.

Pour on very hot, lightly greased griddle or pan (400 degrees works well) and let brown on each side (about 1-2 minutes each side).
