Ingredients

1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup milk

Preparation

Coat one cut up 2 1/2- 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken wit 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, then with milk mixture. Coat with 3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs.

Place in ungreased, large shallow baking pan. Bake at 375* until tender, 45 to 50 min. Do not turn.
