Nacho Mama's Cheese Nachos
2 tablespoons of Butter
3 tablespoons of Flour
1 cup of Milk
5 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheese (I used Pepper Jack)
4 Oz. Can of Green Chiles
1/2 teaspoon of Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Cumin
1 bunch Small of Cilantro
1/2 cup of Salsa
1 bag of Tortilla Chips
I used chicken, tomatoes, green onions,
To get started, grab a pan and melt up your butter. Add in the flour and create a roux. Then add in your milk, put the heat on medium and let the mixture thicken.
Turn the heat down to low and add in the cheese.
Once it's melted add in your green chiles, chili powder, cumin, and cilantro. Now add in the salsa.
Lay your chips in an oven proof bowl and pour the cheese over the top. Now add on your desired toppings.
Throw them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
