Preparation

Slice jelly roll into 5 pieces and place in fruit bowl size dish. Pour 2 tbsp. sherry over this to soak for a few minutes. Dissolve Jello as per packet to 1 pint and pour over jelly roll. Pour can of fruit in and refrigerate until set.

Make up 1 pint of custard mix (Birds) and cool and pour on top of Jello when set. Whip cream and spread roughly over top and grate flakes of chocolate and nuts to decorate.
