Take a large drinking glass and cut out center of bread. Put butter on hot griddle. Add bread with hole in it. Break one egg in center of hole. Break the yellow. Turn over and cook the other side. Butter both sides of circle that is left and cook beside the cowboy egg. Can be eaten without utensils.
