Teriyaki Burgers
We have been having some wonderful sunny days this week so my husband and I decided to crack open the BBQ and have some burgers, not just some plain old ordinary burgers mind you. Oh no, we pulled out all the stops and had some exceptionally flavorful, mouthwatering and juicy burgers. In all honesty I think this was the best burger we have ever created.

Ingredients
- 1.0 tablespoon Pineapple Juice
- 1.0 Egg
- 4.0 tablespoon Panko Crumbs
- 2.0 slice White Cheddar
- 2.0 Pineapple Rings
- 2.0 Large Burger Buns, toasted
- 2.0 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 0.75 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1.0 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1.0 tablespoon Honey
- 3.0 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
- 1.0 pound Ground Beef
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the Pineapple Juice, Egg, Panko Crumbs, Chopped Garlic, Ground Ginger, Sea Salt, Honey, Teriyaki Sauce, and Ground Beef. Be careful not to overmix the meat. Separate the mixture into 2 large sections and form into burger patties. You may place them on wax paper if not cooking immediately.
Step 2
On a hot BBQ grill, cook the burger patties for about 10 minutes per side. When the meat is almost done, place one slice of White Cheddar onto each burger and grill the pineapple rings on both sides until grill marks appear.
Step 3
Once the meat is done, place a grilled pineapple ring onto each cheeseburger, then place each assembled burger onto a toasted bun. Serve hot with side dishes like chips or tater salad, and an ice cold beer.
