Tabbouleh

Ingredients

2 bunchs parsley, wash and drain
2 bunchs green onion
1/2 piece green pepper
2 pieces cucumbers
1 piece lg. tomato
1 cup med. cracked wheat-bulger
1/2 cup oil
2 bunchs fresh mint

Preparation

Chop parsley, mint, green onion, green pepper, cucumber, tomato very fine.

Put in salad bowl.

Soak cracked wheat in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes. Squeeze and add to salad bowl.

Mix oil and lemon juice to make the salad dressing. Pour over ingredients and mix.
