Teff Ginger Molasses Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups brown teff flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup molasses
2 teaspoons tamari
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl and all wet ingredients in another. Pour wet ingredients over dry and blend until just combined—do not over mix.
