Frozen Lemonade Pie
1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (6-oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 cups heavy cream
1 9-inch graham cracker crusts
Lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Gently fold lemonade mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into crusts. Freeze pies until firm. Remove from freezer, and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired.
To lighten this up considerably, use Cool Whip in place of the whipped cream.
