  • 400 gr ground almonds
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 3 drops almond essence
  • 3 drops rose essence
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the ground almonds and sugar. Add the almond essence, rose essence, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs. Mix with your hands until a smooth paste forms.

Roll the paste into walnut-sized balls. Slightly flatten each ball with your finger and place them in a baking dish lined with greased baking paper.

20 minutes

Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.

Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
