  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic olive oil(optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 can 12 ounce beer
  • 1 can 14 ounce chicken broth
  • 6 potatoes peeled and chopped potatoes
  • 2 onions chopped onions

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the cheese in a 3-4 quart slow cooker.

6-8 hours

Cover and cook on low heat.

Using a potato masher, partially mash the vegetables, leaving some whole for texture.

Stir in the shredded Colby cheese.

Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
