- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped Chives
- 1/4 cups Walnut oil
- 1/4 cups Safflower Oil
- 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cups Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 3 Pears, cut into quarters
- 3 stalks Celery, sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad leaves (curly endive, watercress, snow pea sprouts)
- 6 Pears, peeled

Step 1
Cut the base of the peeled pears so they can stand straight.

Arrange a peeled pear and mixed salad leaves in each individual bowl. Scatter the sliced celery in each bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the lemon juice, chopped chives, walnut oil, and safflower oil to create the dressing.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salads in each bowl.
